Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of the specified jurisdiction, aged 18 and
above. Employees of New Grounds Cafe, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and
promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family
members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to
participate.

Contest Period

The contest begins and ends on specified start and end dates and times.
Entries submitted before or after the contest period will be disqualified.

How to Enter

Social Media Contest: Entrants, using their personal and predominant account,
must follow the New Grounds Cafe Instagram account, share the contest post on
their story, tag a friend, and include the designated hashtag.

Golden Ticket Contest: Golden Tickets are randomly placed in select New Grounds
Cafe product packaging. To claim the prize, find a Golden Ticket and present it at the
point of sale in the Heidelberg or Preston New Grounds Cafe locations.

Prizes

Winners who find a Golden Ticket can redeem their prize (e.g., $5, $7, $12 vouchers) directly at the cafes. Specific details of each prize will be stated on the Golden Tickets.

Instagram contest winners will be awarded as per the details specified on the contestpost.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners of the Golden Ticket contest will redeem their prizes immediately upon presentation of the ticket.

Winners of the Social Media contest will be selected randomly and notified via Instagram within five business days following selection. New Grounds Cafe is not responsible for any winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-
functioning contact information.

General Conditions

New Grounds Cafe reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond New Grounds Cafe’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest.

New Grounds Cafe reserves the right to deny any prizes attempting to be claimed if there is a reasonable suspicion that the prize being redeems is fraudulent, fake or
missing a majority portion of the sticker. New Grounds Cafe will not accept or redeem any image, photo, print or replication of any kind of the golden tickets

In any such cases, New Grounds Cafe may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by New Grounds Cafe.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless New Grounds Cafe and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or
indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

(i) such entrant’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;

(ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment;

(iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service;

(iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest;

(v) electronic or human error in the administration of the contest or the processing of
entries.

Disputes

This contest is governed by the laws of the state of Victoria without respect to
conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participants agree that
any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action
arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to
any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the specified jurisdiction having
jurisdiction.
