Key Updates
Finders Keepers & Little Food Markets
In July Worthy Cause participated in the Finders Keepers & Little Food Markets, with the aim of generating revenue to continue our mission of providing the opportunity for people to pursue the life they deserve! and as a result, we can proudly say that we sold over 1900 cookies across both events which is enough revenue to provide roughly 387 hours of employment!
New Grounds Cafe Preston
We’re also excited to announce that we have opened a second New Grounds Cafe in mid-July, which will allow Worthy Cause to provide employment for up to 8 additional participants at a time within our program! A big thank you to the team at Melbourne Polytechnic for their continued and much appreciated support.
ALSCO Supports Worthy Cause!
ALSCO is a leading provider of workwear, commercial floor mats, towels, and aprons, and have generously provided Worthy Cause with this kitchen equipment, in return Worthy Cause provided a Corporate Team Building day hosted by the Founder Rick Cohen. We are so grateful to the team at ALSCO for their continued support as a Collaboration Partner!
